Formentera forms together with Eivissa(Ibiza) the archipelago of the Pitiüses islands (pine-tree islands).
The island has a surface of 84 sq. km. and some 7500 inhabitants.
Formentera has all the travel services necessary for its quietness and excellent climate make it an ideal place to spend your vacation at any time of year.

The island has some exceptional beaches for sunbathing and relaxing, away from the mass of other sites.

The changes in recent years have not been able to change their natural or erase the cultural identity of an island that is well worth visiting.
